
Mr. Ray's automotive students visited Peachstate Freighliner. Students toured and experienced truck sales, parts department, service department, collision repair, and the training center. Students gained knowledge of job opportunities and employability skills inside the transportation industry as well as similar career pathways.

Our FBLA Chapter at the FBLA State Leadership Conference received multiple recognitions.
Breana Donahue - 8th Place - Hospitality and Event Management;
Bricen Popko - 5th Place - Electronic Career Portfolio;
Jack Fox, Jackson Boling, and Seth Thomas - 10th Place - Digital Video Production;
Jaedyn Gerrells - 2nd Place - Who's Who.
LCHS FBLA was named as a Gold and Superior Chapter, placing 8th overall in the State.
We are incredibly proud of these young people!






HOSA had an excellent Spring Leadership Conference 2025! 22 students traveled down to Atlanta for 3 days to compete in various healthcare related competitions including Nutrition, Behavioral Health, Clinical Nursing, Nursing Assistant, Health Career Photography, Health Education, Community Awareness, Pharmacology Science, Veterinary Medicine,EMT, and Public Speaking. The students had a great time competing and attending workshops to further their interest in a Healthcare Career. Special mention to Everett Smith and Winston Hood who both finished top 10. Kennedy Henderson placed 3rd in Clinical Nursing.



We are so proud of Mrs. Lincoln. She represents LCHS and the state of Georgia well!

Please congratulate Jaedyn Gerrells! She was named to FBLA Who's Who for our Region and was selected as one of the top 8 to progress to compete for GA FBLA State Who's Who winner to advance to FBLA Nationals! ALL Who's Who in Georgia FBLA nominees will not only receive a ribbon but will also be invited to a special invite-only member experience where they will receive an opportunity to create a special SLC souvenir.
Finally, she has been selected for Region 8 to interview for the Russell Mercer Who's Who in FBLA Scholarship. Good Luck, Jaedyn!

Senior soccer players nominated the educator who had the greatest impact in their life at Honor's Educator Night for Soccer.


Ms. Hunt's Spanish class made masks specifically inspired by The Dominican Republic’s carnival!


Teaching as a Profession students traveled to Union County High School to attend the Future Educators Literacy Conference. Students attended several breakouts led by literacy experts across a variety of topics.
